Was not looking forward to having to have a new roof put on but had to be done. We also wanted a deck...started out with Matt, who pulled no punches--(basically you pay for what you get). We have found a company with honest salesmen, talented , artistic and conscientious workmen and from beginning to end, a group of individuals who enjoy what they do, and are proud of their finished product, we have had two decks removed and new installed by Montell and will reuse them again if the need ever comes again. We live in a condo community and wanted to replace some windows, but had to have okay from the association. We got that and notified Montell that same day. It took almost five weeks before they called to say the windows were in. They came and installed them, but after they left we found two screens that had cuts/tears in them (maybe from the factory, but why weren't they caught earlier?).
