The best experience for our kids and our family! We have two boys who both attended MCD from 18 months to 6 years old. Our second child just graduated. This place was their second home (two working parents) and the teachers and staff cared for them as if they were family. We always felt they were not just well taken care of and safe, but also loved. Such an outstanding school and community! Both of my children attend Montessori Country Day and we could not love this school more. My daughter has been attending MCD since she was 18 months old and is now starting her Kindergarten year at age 5. The school has always supported and enriched her social-emotional intelligence and instilled a true love for learning. We Love Love Love this school! We have 2 kids going and they are doing amazing. They are becoming independent little humans! The staff are a group of adults who go above and beyond for the kiddos and family.
My daughter started at MCD when she was five months old, is now five years old, and it has been the most positive experience for both of us. The teachers and guides in the classroom are all incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. I receive real time feedback about her progress and any issues that arise. The teachers are always willing and happy to help with feedback and parenting strategies that will also work at home and have become an invaluable resource for me over the years. Montessori Country Day, is a truly magical environment where my daughter is thriving. She is a sensory seeker and the classroom structure is a perfect fit! The amount of love, compassion, and one-on-one care she receives is amazing. Academia has become such a huge focus these days, even with me, that I didn't realize some of the key components I needed to make learning (not memorizing) work. This school has topped my expectations. My mom worked at KinderCare for most of my teenage years so I am familiar with daycares and how they work. This school is a whole other level. I feel extremely lucky and privileged to have both my daughters attend this school. The staff are amazing and the development that is apparent in both my daughters is astounding. I can't recommend this school highly enough.
The teachers and staff at this school really show how much they care about the students and environment in which they're learning in. I felt very comfortable leaving my son here knowing he's going to be safe and well cared for. My son entered this school extremely shy and reserved at the age of 3 and it's amazing to see his social skills and independence progress significantly since then.
