Worst place to live, the manager will try to enter your unit with no notice, tell you that you can vape on the property and write you up for it. She will Harass you and when you bring it to metros attention she will Retaliat against you and try to evict you. There is alot of tenants here that are looking for new places to stay because she discriminates against certain people. If I could give more stars, I would. Long before moving in, the property manager, Gretchen, kept an open line of communication with me and followed up with me regarding my spot on the waitlist. Her attentiveness did not stop once I moved in, but has continued, unfaltering, for over a year now. She is always there to answer my questions and help in any way she can. The manager of Montgomery Crossing (Gretchen) very pleasant lady and well informed as to what is available out here for rent, also where to go if ones needs any rental assistance! Had a great experience with Gretchen during my search and she was available to speak to me if I had any questions that she may been able to assist me with! Even though I didn't become a tenant at M.
