If I could give more stars, I would. Long before moving in, the property manager, Gretchen, kept an open line of communication with me and followed up with me regarding my spot on the waitlist. Her attentiveness did not stop once I moved in, but has continued, unfaltering, for over a year now. She is always there to answer my questions and help in any way she can. The manager of Montgomery Crossing (Gretchen) very pleasant lady and well informed as to what is available out here for rent, also where to go if ones needs any rental assistance! Had a great experience with Gretchen during my search and she was available to speak to me if I had any questions that she may been able to assist me with! Even though I didn't become a tenant at M. Gretchen sets the bar exceedingly high for all Property Managers, everywhere!
I was approved for an apartment over 4 weeks ago, I have been unable to get in contact with anyone from the office. My move in date was supposed to be yesterday, still no phone call, and no reply to the many emails I have sent. The phone either goes straight to voicemail or rings and has a full voicemail box.
