My cat received thorough, thoughtful care and friendly handling. The vet explained clearly the treatments and procedures as well as areas to pay attention to in the future. The vet answered all my questions and made recommendations for nutrition and care.
Awesome vet! Omgosh! They helped me get those little soft paws funny acrylic nail looking things on my mean old cat, because she'd kill me if I tried lol, I 100% thought wed have to medicate her to do it...they come out telling me shes so sweet and wonderful and did fine! 🤯 they're miracle workers lol! Brought my older dog in for an appointment after moving out to Montpelier. Rooms were nice and clean and the vet asked lots of questions about how my boy was doing. For my first time being there even though it was an emotional visit it was nice having everything explained to me. Very friendly staff.
Everyone is so friendly and compassionate. In the last few months my dog was ill and then had an eye problem. They were able to fit us in to see him quickly. They took time to examine him completely and explained everything to us. On top of that they called us after each visit to see how our dog was doing!
Have been with this vet couple/ crew for several years. I have a new baby(part monster, part devil) and she has been welcomed with open arms. The staff is always attentive and caring. I never have a problem getting seen, and typically go home with all questions answered if care continues. I'll be bothering them for a long time. Kenna
