Easy to book. They did pick up vehicle on date booked. Did contact several times before that to find out exactly when. On the day of pickup they did contact with the carrier and they picked up on that day. Good communication with the driver and was ever all a good experience.
Never done this before but Patricia on the chat was very helpful and informative. I usually don't do tech, but she made the experience less stressful
