Fine but a little disappointed that you charge $530 for an enclosed shipment - when the vehicle is actually enclosed only part of the way. That number seems excessive.

The process was simple. Only negative point was that when I booked the transport, I was never asked to supply the VIN#. However the driver needed it when he picked up the car. Had I known this i would have attached it when I filled out the paperwork. Minor issue, the only other thing was that online, information as to if and when the car had been picked up was never updated.
