My experience was very good, the staff was very friendly, very accessible, the ease of payment, thank you, everything was so fast that they didn't make you feel so much difficulty. It was my first time doing an IVF and it was so successful because I had Elijah, my baby, although they gave me 2 and he Another one could not grow, there is always that risk. I think I would like to do the process again, only if they could make it easier to do it the second time. Thank you, I recommend you a thousand times.

I transferred to Morgan from a more popular fertility facility. I didn't feel like just a number at Morgan. Although I was not successful at Morgan, I would recommend. Dr. Robin is the best.

The whole experience was very streamlined, I was able to accommodate treatment into my very busy schedule. Very well established process and notifications which makes planning easy. Opportunities for improvement: 1) use the portal more for communicating the details/updates to the patients; 2) focus more on emotional aspects of treatment: share congratulations on successful pregnancy, follow up with pregnant patients, collect their stories, etc., 3) financial aspect is very complex and billing is not properly explained.

From diagnosis to treatment, front office to the doctors and nurses - everyone has been wonderful, kind and helpful. All information is communicated clearly via the portal and they are always available for questions - which was helpful for my anxiety when we first started. We are still working with them but have confidence in the team to help us achieve our dream of a family.
