Hands down best service, most accommodating and friendliest staff I have experienced at any marina! We are long time boat owners having dealt with marinas in multiple states. We recently moved to Jacksonville area and had boat transported from NC to Jax. Upon arrival our boat was placed at a private marina with lift we found online. We were very excited until the lift dock piling snapped, falling on top of our boat. Glenn and his crew were incredibly helpful with getting our boat to Morningstar Marinas in Atlantic Beach, Florida. As new boat owners as well as being new to the boating world, we were like fish out of water, but Glenn graciously helped us get our boat off the trailer and into the water with ease. He took the time to provide a few pointers and to recommend some boating lessons. He definitely went above and beyond, and we are so glad to have our boat at Morningstar!!
