We haven’t moved into our unit yet but I must say this has been the most pleasant customer service interaction I’ve ever had. I spoke to several people in the office, including Jessica and Felicia, and everyone has been beyond friendly and very helpful/patient with all my questions and change requests. They were great about returning calls and sending updated documents. Overall a great experience, especially from several states away! Definitely plan to rent a unit again during the summer breaks at FSU!

Very nice people, showed me how everything worked very well and clearly. Locks are secure, constant surveillance. 24/7 access is awesome.

Great customer service I rate a 10/10 if I could , when I called I spoked to a young lady named alicia I believed she was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

I’ve had such a great experience with this storage facility. The staff has been incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful every step of the way. They really go above and beyond to make things easier, and that kind of care is hard to find. I truly appreciate how patient and supportive they’ve been with me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit.

My first time here and omg I love the ladies in the office. They are so cool and they treat you like you are a part of their family. And the rates aren’t bad at all. The units are very clean and they have all sizes.
