We moved our son’s dorm room into Morningstar Storage today. We needed a place to store his things for a few weeks. Everything went smoothly. Felicia was very welcoming and showed us around the property and all it offers. Thank you! Super easy and convenient.

Morningstar has been amazing to work with! Having a kid from out of state attending school in Tallahassee, they have made process so smooth! Alicia is beyond helpful and such a huge help! Being able to have them accept deliveries is so worth it!

Felicia helped me figure out the right unit for me and got it done within the hour! She was super helpful and communicated everything I needed to know about the unit, property, and contract terms. This is my 2nd time renting at MorningStar, and if I need storage services again, I’ll be back.

We haven’t moved into our unit yet but I must say this has been the most pleasant customer service interaction I’ve ever had. I spoke to several people in the office, including Jessica and Felicia, and everyone has been beyond friendly and very helpful/patient with all my questions and change requests. They were great about returning calls and sending updated documents. Overall a great experience, especially from several states away! Definitely plan to rent a unit again during the summer breaks at FSU!
