I came in today for my official check in. Antwann facilitated my truck rental and made sure I got everything done easily. He even gave us waters! Excellent customer service! I will be recommending others!

They handled my storage issues effectively
Was given a lock that was defective I’ve been waiting to get in my storage for two days I was told that the maintenance man would break the lock and I’d be given another key and lock And I’d receive a call when to pick it up I’ve gotten nothing I’ve been calling and going back to the facility with no answers I believe they are stealing peoples property and replacing the locks making it seem as though it’s something wrong with the locks my things are in the hands of complete strangers who have access to my belongings and I ... read more
