What a great experience!!!! This was the easiest and most rewarding move I have ever made. My daughter attends college in Charlotte and being an out of town parent made the transition stress free and enjoyable. Belinda was very kind, sweet and supportive to what we had going on doing the move. The units are extremely clean and safe for entering and exiting the facility. I would recommend this storage unit to everyone especially a College parent who needs comfort and peace. Thanks Morning Star for a great experience..

PICK A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!...Horrible customer service. Very unsatisfying purchase for a service especially when I know I could have gotten better service at a different site for the same price. Horrible location. After 1mth of renting they revoked 24hr access to all customers due to an incident. They went to limited hours and said dont plan on going back to 24hr access unless you are a major/corporate client.
