The facility is clean, very well organized, and secure. The management was very friendly and clearly explained the requirements.
Staff was very professional and helpful, answering all our questions! Need storage space, we definitely recommend Morningstar!
The manager was very pleasant. She was very helpful and did not rush me in making a decision about a unit. She gave me options that were best for me. The storage unit was nice and clean as well as the grounds of the facility. I was overall impressed with the customer service offered when I went into the office for a new storage space. I would use MorningStar storage again as a post to some of the other bigger storage facilities in the area. Overall great experience.
5 stars Courteous staff, great storage unit, a major plus having a moving truck to use for free, and painless process all the way around!
The customer service was great and everything was exactly what the manager said it would be. I appreciate all of you guys help especially the manager. She was so funny

Clean, good lighting, friendly personnel. Didn't need.. but great that they have a truck that you can use for free to help move in your belongings!!

Quick and accommodating when I was in a pinch. Not crazy about the required $9+/month insurance, feel like that should be my choice but all in all it's worked out well.
