My items were auctioned off/sold Whatever they do with it. I had my debit card on file to take my rent out each month and they had done that several months. My card was still active and I wasn’t still using the card. I went to get some items from storage and I couldn’t get in the unit. Spoke with employee and she said that I had not paid my rent in months so my belongings were removed. I didn’t receive a call, letter or anything. Everything that was sentimental to me was gone.
This property has multiple break ins. Contact the District Manager Shamika Bass and ask her why she will not take care of this.
when I inquired as to why and when my rate increased on my unit I was threatened and told to leave the property and I was told that my unit will be locked I'll be locked out and would not be able to have access to my belongings just for asking why my rate went up and where was the notice that this was going to happen I simply asked for a notice and I was verbally attacked by a member of management this is unfair business practice bad business!!
The place stole my iteam out my unit. They said no one saw anything on my unit but where did my things go. She was rude when I called the police to make a note for my things being stolen. They did not reimburse the money I paid only using 10 days.
