I cannot share enough positive feedback of the quality customer service I received from Property Manager, Brandi earlier this week. I had to make a decision on a storage unit very last-minute and Brandi waited for me to arrive as it was just approaching closing time of her office - she never made me feel rushed and took the time to be very detail oriented with all the information I needed to know.
