I’ve used them for 3 years they raise my rent every year. Customer loyalty means???????
This is the second time I have used this company and it has been frustrating at the least. Was told I would have a month of free fees when I rented. Three weeks later I receive an invoice stating I owed money I did not owe. Manager called and we got that fixed. Same day I went to the facility and couldn't get in the gate. After driving from Memorial and Penn. Called and they said it was the gate. Went there a second time and watched someone go in and then tried and my code still did not work.
