RecommendedGreat service, clean units!
RIP OFF on insurance fee.. Seems it DOES NOT cover theft or damage from unit.. And they insist u pay fee! Just moved out today after 6 months. Filthy dirt front to back, spiders etc. NO maintenance whatsoever to insure personal property.
I've been a loyal customer for almost 20 years. Every year in December I get a letter saying the storage area is going up, normally by $10. So, although you see a lower price online, beware, next year your price will go up. I have a 10 x 20 and just got my new letter saying I get to pay $155 a month now. Plus insurance of course. The people are fine, but I will again urge my husband to get rid of this storage area and get a cheaper one!
From quote to move in, service is excellent. The eminity of truck rental and dolly is extremely convenient and reduced the hassle of having to use another company for those items. Shadra and Kelly are personable, fair, honest and a great to work with. I look forward to our contineud interaction over the next coming year!
I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Thanks to Morningstar Storage and their lack of security, a good portion of my life was stolen from out of a storage unit. They called to tell me my unit was suddenly without a lock, but failed to advise that their front gate was broken and access to the units was open to the public. Not a single drop of customer service was provided to me beyond that
I currently have a storage unit and I am extremely frustrated at the fact that I'm supposed to have 24 hour access to my unit but without being given any warning I was locked in your facility with my 1 year old daughter and husband when we tried to exit at 9:02pm. At least the previous owners had it closing at 10pm and it was posted on the gate along with keypad and in case of emergency there was a maintenance number to get a hold of someone.
