Pilar is the very best to work with at Morning Star Storage on 22 ! She is so helpful when you need to ask questions or need any help with your storage unit ! My experience has been awesome !
My experience was terrible. The staff was rude about giving me the rental truck when I was told it was free with move in! I was also told i needed car insurance for the truck. The storage lock was jam/didn't work. None of this information was told to me & I urgently explain how I was trying to escape a domestic violence relationship, so I ended up paying but have no storage or truck And my kids and I are on pins & needles.. I was so disappointed 😥 and my diabetic dad paid for the service instead of getting his medicine..#No... read more
