It was very easy to rent a storage unit. All my questions were answered by the nicest person in the office! The prices were very reasonable!

I have really enjoyed working with Elizabeth MacNeil at the Celanese location. She has been the kindest, sweetest, and most helpful person!! She is such an asset to your company. Also, I talked with Cindy first (not sure of last name) and she was so very kind. I could not be more happier with the staff at the Celanese location in Rock Hill, SC. Elizabeth is a very beautiful and elegant women and she made this process very easy. Not only did she help me out but she made me feel like she cares about the customer. Needless to say if I ever need a Storage unit in the future I will most definitely come back here (especially if Elizabeth is there). I would highly recommend this storage facility to anybody who is in need of a long term ir short term storage unit.
