Called today and spoke with Mariah regarding my auto-pay. She was nothing but professional and so enjoyable to speak with. She then had the manager call me since he is the one who deals with credit cards and Anthony was so helpful and efficient! What a great experience!!
Beware - storage unit locks provided by Morningstar are NOT guaranteed against defects. You are required to purchase their lock. After only 4 uses mine jammed and manager on duty said it had to be drilled out but that I had to buy a NEW lock at my expense. Manager said locks have no warranties.
