I inquired about the service about a month in advance. They were knowledgeable and responsive. They reserved a spot for me without even taking a deposit. My subsequent questions were always promptly answered. First 2 months @ 1/2 price. The place is clean as a whistle and secure. If you need storage space in Baltimore. This is the place

Property Manager, Vivian Jackson was extremely knowledgeable of the facility's structure and capabilities, the facility's rules and regulations, as well as, possessed the ability to convey the information in a comprehensive and understandable manner.
