I bought an $18, 000 Honda Goldwing trike for my father only to drive it 2 hours home to Cincinnati to find that the starter motor was burnt out, the reverse gear would not engage and the cruise control would not work. I called and they said they would fix the issues, which they attempted... two weeks after the purchase, 21 miles later, there was a severe knock in the motor. Will never buy a bike from this dealer. Walked in to look at and test drive a bike, cash in hand for any bike they carry, told I have to apply for financing first. Why would anyone apply for financing of paying cash, let alone not know if the bike they are looking at is what they want to buy. Terrible way to do business. I will make sure all my friends and club know not to shop here.

sales is very unprofessional , low ball offer on my bike ,wanted me to take a 4k loss ,only 900 dollars separated it from a sale ,plus was left hanging for days oh well guess they didnt want to sell anything

Sorry your upset, we were selling you a bike for $8000 under nada value and giving you average trade for yours...we always work in complete transparency giving you the best deal upfront. $900 doesn't seem like alot to but it is how we stay in business....We worked very hard with the banks to get this put together and sometimes it takes time and many phone calls to accomplish, we did give you a call yesterday and voicebox was full......You a more than welcome to call and speak the general manager 614-883-5800.
very unorganized said bike was through the shop had 55 point inspection done after leaving found issues with it. also made arrangements to pickup the bike a week after purchasing arrive to find out that it needed work done but was not informed about it prior to arrival. definitely not going to be back for another purchase.

Previously had given 5 stars. Does good oil change work and have taken my bikes there for several years. If you need more than that done for anything older than 2008, they will refer you elsewhere. Keep that in mind if buying an older bike from them.
They told me they wanted to move a side by side and would give me a great deal. They end up offering me NADA retail as the price. What a joke, complete waste of time.
