Over the years, we've bought several motorcycles from Rainer, and been helped many times by Brian. Their service department is top drawer, and a tip of the hat to Todd in their service department... always interested in my wife and me, and our bikes, and what's going on, and making great suggestions for us to consider. All around, a great team and experience. Two thumbs up, and strongly recommended!
These folks are awesome. Todd Fellows is the man! I was riding from Yellowstone to Seattle via Glacier (On a longer ride of epic proportions...I digress) and my 1200GSA needed a new tire. Called these guys from Galcier NP, rode in from Seattle. I had no idea when I was getting in. Arrived at 1130...done by noon!! I like going to dealers which give estimates before the work. When called two days previously was given a much different estimate on the phone by parts dept. for price and availability. Anyway, I will remember it next time if I ever go there again. Staff was courteous and efficient. Job performance was good.
I had a new set of tires installed there and they said the they trew away my almost brand new pair of pirelli tires without even asking me you should ask people before you get rid of there stuff!!!
