Great customer service!!! Steve in the service department really knows his stuff and was super helpful! Tons of tips and tricks of the trade. Don't bother with other shops in town, this is your one stop shop.

Awful communication. I called them many times and service was always too busy to answer. I left many messages and finally got a call back days later, which I missed, unfortunately. I then called back just a few minutes later but they were too busy again. I left several more messages with service but never got a callback. I finally went there in person because I needed the service reminder on my 2018 1200GS reset after doing a service myself. They charged me $74 to reset a light!!! Highway robbery. Afterwards my auxiliary lig... read more

All around poor communication, in addition to the fact that the GM never returned my phone calls (3 of them), and an obscene delay waiting for parts (four weeks) are the reasons why I cannot recommend this shop.

I have purchased 3 motorcycles and had service work done here for the last 14 years. Sadly, I can no longer recommend Foothills to anyone. I had my 2014 R1200RT in for an annual service, which included an oil change and final drive service. They neglected to tighten the oil plug, and have not followed up with a full inspection of the motorcycle that they promised. I am forced to take the bike somewhere else to have the inspection done, and double-check the shoddy work done here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Service is a joke. They took my bike in to see about a problem I was having. I explained everything as well as what I’ve done to Mitch. A week later he calls me and tells me my bike needed a clutch. I replaced it 1000 miles ago. Then when I tell him this he goes and talks to the tech and gets back to me two days later with a huge estimate knowing I’d say no so they could wash their hands of my bike claiming I needed extra parts it didn’t need. Waste of my time and they lost any and all of my business. I was treated like I wa... read more

Pretty disappointed in this dealer, I used to think were pretty ok, until today. Last mid June I called about getting a routine service done on my Tiger and was told they were booked til August 4th. Fair enough, but I wasn't not going to ride for 5 weeks. So I did the service myself and took the bike in today to get the service light reset and was told they won't do it without doing the service. They wanted to charge 1/2 hour to do it until one of their techs said the rule was not to reset without doing the work. I semi unde... read more

My personal experience is they are all about the sale, after you leave, you are on your own. They could care less about you or the bike they sold you. Save yourself some frustration, take your money elsewhere.
