From the moment I applied online these guys were awesome. Brandon called me right away to let me know how things would work and I went by a couple days later to pick up my new baby � They made the process so easy and their customer service is top notch! If you’re thinking about where to buy your next bike Mancuso is the answer. These guys are the best in the business!
I like these guys; and particularly like Brandon (salesman on the floor). I had access to him on his personal cell phone to make sure I got the correct bike. There were a few hiccups along the way; but he made sure that in the end everything was perfect. At this point I would recommend this dealership. Best dealership I've ever dealt with for motorcycles. Saturday afternoon at 4:45 p.m. my Indian started acting odd. Battery light was flashing, then the ABS light came on, followed by the engine light. Then the lights started shutting down. I knew I had an electrical issue. I called the GSM, Daniel, and he quickly put me over to James and Chris Halphen in service. They asked if I could get the bike over to them as it was likely the regulator.
