I've been out of the world of motorcycles for...a lot of years. To say the least, I'm a little out of touch with the latest and the greatest. The folks at Wild West made me feel comfortable, were patient with my questions and in the end went the extra mile (or two) to help me get home with my purchase. In the end my purchase was probably not one of their bigger sales this season, but they never made me feel that way. Now that I'm back in "the world of motorcycles," Wild West will be my GO TO outfit.
Great place walked in and talked with receptionist. She got hold of a salesman who was busy with another customer told me it would be a few minutes.No problem my time is no more important than the next person. Asked if I wanted a water, then offered a cup of coffee. I looked around for a few minutes. They treated me very well I bought a Honda 110 with no problems at all, definitely will be back when my son outgrows this one!
Customer service was so helpful easy to buy a bike they even gave me a full tank before we left super fast in and out
Staff was awesome! Anthony was great. Came just to look ...left with our nrw 4 Wheeler!
Had my Kawasaki 750 Bruteforce serviced here recently. Dan, the service manager there was very helpful and professional. I was quoted to hear something back within the next week but I heard back 4 days later! Very happy with the customer service here. Everyone in every department has been professional and nice to talk to. Thank you Wild West!
