I went to the dealership with my wife to buy myself a used bike, I was so excited I was going from bike to bike I finally found one that I liked, the problem was I couldn't get a sales rep, then I noticed that my wife had at least 3 sales reps and even the guy from behind the parts counter, my wife is a beautiful white woman and I'm a black man, so I started asking them could I get service they actually told me I had to wait for someone to come out of an office to get help, and turned his back to me to keep talking to my wif... read more
Was a bit disappointed yesterday when I left this location. The service department seemed knowledgeable and friendly. I took my bike over there for service only to be told they do not work on bikes that's been modified. .. seriously. .. what bike hasn't been modified to a certain extent? It's all about the owner of the bike. This threw me off to say the least . The bike was bobbed out and in no way a safety concern to anyone on the road.
