I went to the dealership with my wife to buy myself a used bike, I was so excited I was going from bike to bike I finally found one that I liked, the problem was I couldn't get a sales rep, then I noticed that my wife had at least 3 sales reps and even the guy from behind the parts counter, my wife is a beautiful white woman and I'm a black man, so I started asking them could I get service they actually told me I had to wait for someone to come out of an office to get help, and turned his back to me to keep talking to my wif... read more

Not sure if you were here at a busy time of day, or your wife was talking to our receptionists, but if any of our sales associates are not tied up already, they are there to help customers, regardless of skin color. Was a bit disappointed yesterday when I left this location. The service department seemed knowledgeable and friendly. I took my bike over there for service only to be told they do not work on bikes that's been modified. .. seriously. .. what bike hasn't been modified to a certain extent? It's all about the owner of the bike. This threw me off to say the least . The bike was bobbed out and in no way a safety concern to anyone on the road.
