Great staff and service! Just bought my first bike and the friendly staff walked me through the entire process. My salesman Carl was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was able to get my dream bike. I look forward to being a customer for years to come!
So I came in yesterday to get a few things done on the Aprilia and an issue I was having with my dash not working. Was expecting to have to make several trips to get anywhere with getting it fixed but that was not the case. Explained my issue and the guys at GOAZ emailed Aprilia and they said yeah we've heard of that issue, run this update and it should be good to go. So far so good. Excellent facility and great customer service. Purchased tires for my BMW and with their price match was able to get them for a very reasonable price, out the door. Customer service representatives were friendly, professional and courteous. Definitely gonna be a long time customer.
