After shopping around for weeks, we took the ride to this absolutely amazing dealership. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Alex the manager was honest, transparent and genuinely wanted to give us the best deal he could……and did he ever! Now me and Tickles have a great ride to go hunting with. The facility is handicapped friendly and dogs are welcome. What more could you want. Tickles might go back to negotiate on that motorcycle!
I have been in this location multiple times and every single time without fail, someone greets me and checks to see if I need any help. Everyone is so friendly and has a great attitude. Anyone that I've ever needed assistance from made sure to take the time to go over all my options, even if it's something that needs to be ordered. Fantastic dealership with just about any motorcycle you could ask for. All of the staff are kind and personable and genuine, not the usual used-car-salesman vibe, these people genuinely enjoy working there and love talking motorcycles, whether it’s to a newbie like me or another avid rider. She really took the time to walk me through my needs, wants, and capabilities to make sure I landed on bike that would suit me well. This being my first bike, I needed the guidance. Outstanding sales staff. Buying process was easy. No pressure at all. Kenton, Alex and the financial expert Daniel were amazing to work with. I was amazed by their willingness to work with me and their professional knowledge on the bikes. If I ever buy another bike it will be at Go Az Scottsdale.
