Spend all my extra money I earn at this place. Luis the parts manager is a jerk, very abrasive. He tried saying because I own an expensive bike I should be able to afford more then one pair of gloves which I was trying to return because of factory defects. They still wouldn’t warranty a 250 dollar pair of gloves.

Went in and had a great experience looking at a bikes for my girlfriend. Ended up signing her up for the safety course that is hosted on site through Team Arizona, with the plan of surprising her with a new Triumph upon completion. "Anyone who has little to NO motorcycling experience and wants a FUN, proven way to learn how to ride." is how they advertised the class. Service shot me down to have any service at all done on my Victory. It's not a real bike service shop to tell the truth. It's a bring'em in the back door, sell'em out the front. Just a used bike place mostly.

I purchased a 2016 KTM Super Adventure $21k cash. My life circumstances changed and I wanted to liquidate the KTM with less than 1500 miles. They offered me $11k. I am a retired Marine MGySgt and thought I would establish a lasting relationship with GO AZ considering the business is owned by a former Marine, but it is safe to say that I will not return.

After a pretty bad experience purchasing a pre-owned bike here (salesman lied about the pricing, seat was swapped with another bike before delivery, didn't clean it, had some engine issues that were described as nothing wrong normal for this bike, etc.) I brought it in for service using the extended warranty I purchased. Nate and the guys in service were amazing. They worked to find what was wrong and didn't give up until the issue was found. Double check work that has been done on your bike at GOAZ. Took the bike in for 24k service and back firing. Valves out of adjustment need shims but head need to be removed to check why one is way out and couldn't be adjusted with a shim. Get call back the it turns out they where measured wrong the head doesn't need to be removed. Good get to save some $$$ there. Get the bike back and ride it home. Place is garbage. Drove from chandler to return levers that were given to me as a gift. Levers were for wrong model bike. Was in store for an hour. Finally placed order for new levers and returned old ones, new levers were $54 more than old ones so i put it on my bank card. Week later i go to pick up new lever, and they tell me they cant exchange levers and that they wont give me my new levers even though i paid difference because i wasnt the one who purchased them. They said they would refund my money. And i have yet to see... read more
