Amazing service.......They picked up my bike from 30 miles away.....checked the damage......ordered the necessary parts......and repaired the bike ......all within 24 hours. I can only recommend this place.
Traveling around CA and NV. Bike's starter switch jammed in the run position. I am vacationing, and they rebuilt the switch in half a day. This got me back on the road. They also informed me that it is still covered under warranty if it goes out again, but a replacement switch will take 3 days to deliver, and my local shop can do it. Great service and got me back on my vacation.
Simple: Fight on behalf of their customers when it comes to warranty issues: $25,000 R1200GSA, 2 years old with less then 7,000 mikes on it and BMW refused to warranty a seized exhaust flapper valve...saying it can be fixed with a software upgrade, which as any mechanically inclined person would know is complete B.S. Congrats to BMW....This is my 5th and final BMW motorcycle product. KTM here I come.
The repair took more than twice as long as estimated and the bill was more than twice what we discussed. They ordered parts twice because they didn't look at my bike before they ordered the first time. Very disappointed- not coming back.

Was going to trade in my 2013 Montego blue K1600GT for another make, and model. Got such a low figure that they think of their own Super Touring machine as cheap bike. Sad that a BMW dealer doesn't value their product
