Really good folks over there/ friendly, knowledgeable and helpful
But my new Triumph bobber from haps this is my third motorcycle from this store always a great price even better service thanks haps
Do not take your bike for service. Bike sat here for two weeks and I had to call for a update every time. I go to pick my bike up because they can’t fix it. Parts are still laying around bolts missing. So I get my bike home and check the coolant. I sent it in full of engine ice and oil. Completely empty. So there goes not only my time and 150$ they charged for them to store my bike and lose parts and give me it back not they way I gave it to them. Completely unprofessional. Never again.
Haps Honda send out emails with Private customer information to other customers. They also do not include opt outs on their emails which is not legal. If you want to work with a company that will give away your private information then Haps is for you.

We are a small family business and while attempting to send an email about our 70th Anniversary Grand re-opening event we did not BCC the first batch of emails. Which some emails with customer names were emailed in CC section of the emailed. No other information was sent (aka phone, address, etc.).
