Amazing above and beyond customer service for BMW.
I recently started riding again and bought a used 2011 BMW R1200R Classic elsewhere. The bike needed some service, I needed some accessories installed, and I had some questions about the bike in general. BMW Motorcycles of Concord took care of everything quickly and at a reasonable price. They also took their time to answer my questions about the bike (that I didn’t even buy there).
