I appreciate the time Dr. Taylor takes checking my teeth and talking about my oral health. The “behind the desk” staff do an exceptional job taking care of insurance and scheduling. Everyone I interacted with during my first visit this week was totally thoughtful, professional, caring and efficient from the moment I arrived. I am really pleased with every aspect of the service I got at Mountain River. Gayle and Dr. Taylor were exceptionally careful and professional. I highly recommend Mountain River Dental.
Everyone was extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable. The hygienist gave my teeth a very thorough cleaning and was understanding of my teeth sensitivity issues. Dr Taylor was very personable and explained things thoroughly and was available to answer any questions.
I appreciated how efficient scheduling is during COVID. The waiting room was empty when I arrived and only 1 person waiting when I left. Everyone was wearing a mask. The waiting room itself is very nice. Staff are friendly and professional. They take time to explain procedures in detail. It was a great experience.
The only dental appointment I look forward going to!! Love seeing the Staff & doctor! Very personable & and always running on time :)
