A lovely location with excellent front desk staff. No hot water Poor mattress Small bathroom with no shelving to hold toiletries The front desk staff were EXCELLENT - so friendly and helpful. Called on the way to the location to tell us that our rooms were ready. We did encounter issues with the hot water - only luke warm the two mornings we were there despite the fact that we reported it the first morning. Amazing location, amazing staff, and amazing getaway! The only issue I had was the power went out at the lodge and they did not have a generator so it was pitch black for 2 hours! The ladies at the front office were so amazing, friendly and informative. It was centrally located between Pine Mountain and Warm Springs. The room was spacious and the view spectacular.
