The Drs and staff at Mountain View Animal Hospital took such great care of Madison through her Chemo treatments...huge thanks to all of them. Madison is doing awesome and playing with her playmate like she is three years old. Many thanks.

After noticing that my dog suddenly started having extreme pain in her hip I called Canyon Lake Vet to set up an appointment and explained the situation, when her condition worsened I called again to inform them and they clearly understood the amount of pain my dog was in. When I arrived for my appointment the vet explained to me that my dog was experiencing pain in her hip, something that I already knew and had told them, and that I needed to take my dog to their other clinic, Mountain View, to get x-rays. After over $450 of unnecessary and ineffective treatments for my dog, and weeks of getting the runaround with no results, I went to another vet and my dogs problem was resolved immediately. When I came in to discuss the situation with the office manager, they did nothing to make it right. I have brought my dogs here since they were pups. We won’t be back.
