Gentlemen running the office was very professional and courteous. The only problem was the computer would not pull up the correct document for me to sign to set up auto pay and the gate code would not work that was assigned to me.

MOST OF THE TIME NO PROBLEM --- BUT --- THERE WAS SEVERAL TIMES THAT THE GATES WERE NOT OPERATING AND WERE OPEN 24/7 -- RISK OF GETTING BROKEN INTO UNIT

Very expensive to maintain a storage unit. They're constantly raising prices. I had to go somewhere else, I was paying too much. There's two entry gates. One of the gates hasn't been working for over a year and have yet to get it fixed.
