A very easy process! I was able to rent my unit right over the phone with the manager! I could have even rented online if I chose. Property is well taken care of and long gate hours. Would definitely recommend!

It was a seamless transaction. With COVID-19 looming over us, I believed this would be challenging but was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was, everything on-line. I just contracted a 10'X10' on 1/21/26 and today 3/19/26 I am getting a notification where my rent for the same space is going up by over 10.5%. Is this consider fair business practices? I do not believe since the space was not promoted as special pricing. What seems to be happening, since move it purchased most of the storage locations in our area, they have control of pricing. It does not seem to be Fair Business Practice.
