The timeliness & actual niceness /politeness of the people you've provide for my move out & move in has been spectacular! A few (SMALL) dings & dents to walls is expected. Plus to hear the profuse apologies afterwards was great. ((Idea=offer sparkling repairs ). Mostly kidding as I expect to (& have to) repair walls from the previous tenants. All in all it went GREAT!!
