The movers seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually handling my belongings carefully. I watched them toss boxes onto the truck as they joked around. Not a professional vibe at all.
They didn’t use any floor runners to protect my hardwood, so there are scuff marks where they dragged the dresser. I tried to buff them out, but they’re still noticeable.
