Maylissa **** who assisted us with the initial process of getting a quote was very informative on selecting our door/color that would fit the aesthetic of our house and knew exactly what we were looking for. John White and his team installing the door was very professional and knowledgeable of what they were doing as well. Extremely friendly and had great customer service. They kept the area clean while they were working and left the place cleaner than before. Would highly recommend!
Just had double sliding doors installed. Absolutely beautiful! Installation was completed in a day by their professional installers with such professionalism and courtesy. Ivan, Alex and Mikey went beyond all my expectations and made this job a very enjoying experience. The staff at Mr Rogers Windows were exemplary in their professionalism, communication, and project execution from beginning to end. We contacted them when a few of the original Anderson windows on our 40-year-old home (which should give you an idea of the great quality of this product) began finally showing wear enough to warrant replacement. Truly a two star vendor contractor... we spent *****$ on four doors 3 steel exterior entry and one slider. From the day after install until last month that's how long it took to have issues addressed "not fixed". My three entry doors which were " custom measured and built to fit" all were crooked with gaps at the hinges and difficulty opening/ closing. Two of the three had door knobs and locks installed missing parts; Handles would back out and become loose, the lock sets were difficult to use misaligned. Actually ended up t... read more

Mr. Roger's windows salesperson Andrew ****** who is the son of Mr. Roger's windows deceived us as customers. We were told to get approved first for financing by ******** if we didn't have the funds upfront to purchase the door we wanted. We asked him if we produce the funds to pay outright without needing the financing, will we be charged. He said keep the account open, you will not be charged, when the door project is completed, we could pay the total balance.
