Whenever I call everyone at front desk is courteous and helpful and Dr. Boland and Dr. Darden explain things clearly and we trust their diagnoses and we always get an appointment either same day or next day (but usually same day they squeeze us in and we are so appreciative)) when Gigi is suddenly ill. Our appointment today started with the technician Hunter who was very thorough with questions and very kind. We have never had a bad experience and are so happy we go to Mt. Pleasant Animal Hospital.

Hands down the best place I've ever taken my animals. Even when I didn't have an appointment they let me in to see my boy. Everyone here is super awesome.
This by far was the best experience I've ever had with a veterinary clinic. From the person who took my call to the Doctor and her assistant Stephanie. I was so nervous about taking my dog to the vet. The last experience I had at Centerville Animal Hospital was horrendous and I was afraid this would be a repeat. Everyone involved with my dog was caring and patient. Our first time there. Very professional , kind etc.. They were able to see us the same day. All the ladies were so sweet. Blitz loved all the cheese wiz they gave him so they could look at his foot. Great place..
I took my cat Penny to see Dr K at Mt pleasant Veterinary Clinic and she was very pleasant and explained all the treatment options to me. I was very pleased with the visit and also the Vet Tech Sarah was very helpful and caring too.
Dr Banta and his staff (all his staff) are soo awesome. From the time I checked in, apoke wirh the assistant, seen the Dr, and checking out..the entire process was wonderful. I never felt rushed or that my questions were not important...I highly recommend this clinic for all your furry baby's health and needs. Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness!
