My wife and I came in yesterday to put down our beloved Prince. He was family and cherished and loved unconditionally. Dr. Banta and his staff made this incredibly difficult time in our life amazingly peaceful. He sat at the feet of our dog with us and helped us cry and say goodbye and then when asked, he even prayed for us. We will always miss our Prince but we will never forget the the amazing staff led by Dr. Banta. Thank you for your care and compassion~ it will never be forgotten!

Customer service goes a long way. My poor old girl isn't feeling well, and has been in and out over the last few months. They've called me twice (the doc herself) to check on Cali and go over options with me for keeping her comfortable. Cali is not just another chart in their office. They actually put thought into her treatment, and personal touches into her care. As a business owner myself, I'm ALL about customer satisfaction. It will make or break your business.
