Susan and the lending team, Hillary and Amanda, did a great job in helping me close on time. Susan did a wonderful job with her communication; from when I first reached out to her for an estimate to the final close, she made sure that everything was clear and transparent. And even when the underwriter dropped the ball the day prior to close, Susan made sure that we would be able to close on time. Thank you Susan and the lending team!
