Excellence , dedication and caring are few simple words describes Susan, she has done an awesome job throughout my loan application process, she went above and beyond to get me the best rate possible aside from the fact that she was honest and upfront with all fees (very minimal to none comparing to other lenders out there..definitly recommend her to other and will work with her in future
