The communication between the title company and Equity Settlement Services for payment payoffs was very poor and never used the correct updated amounts provided for payoffs of loans. Title Company never would give me a copy of the signed copy of mortgage documents, and didn’t offer to send me one plus wanted me to sign saying I received my copy. The guy that called my insurance agent requested an amount for insurance and didn't pay the right amount provided, plus really pis*** off my agent and was real unprofessional. Craig ... read more
