I was able to close in 2 weeks, and he even worked on changing the loan terms while he was away at his brother's wedding! Rory made this process so easy and pleasant. He was patient with me when I was sometimes sluggish getting documents and information to him. He was available to answer questions and give explanations and at times walk me through processes. He was friendly and available and made the entire process feel personal which is unusual in this world we live in.
