Very on top of things, quick to communicate, kept a close eye on the market as it interest rates often fluctuated, and we overall felt like everything was going to get done within the timeline he had given. We definitely appreciated all of his hard work

Luis, was an absolute pleasure to work with. I felt very lucky to have had the pleasure to work with him. He was very very knowledgeable and informative every step of the process! From beginning to end, there was never lack of communication. Luis always kept me informed and not once did a phone call and or email go unanswered. Luis was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the whole process. The absolute best!!! Hands downs!!!

Phil Blasi and his team at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage were absolutely amazing! Phil had the lowest rates and the lowest closing costs, even getting us a CLOSING CREDIT, when all the other banks wanted to charge us many thousands of dollars in origination fees, lender fees, etc. Beyond the just the numbers, though, Phil was easy to work with and incredibly fast, thorough, and patient with his responses to our many questions.
