My loan officer, Sergio Piana (NMLS # 461872) was great. He was patient with me in answering my questions and explaining in detail. Sergio was friendly and cared about what I wanted and expected in the refinance process. Sergio answers his cell phone and that made me feel like he was connected to the process.

Refinance my rental property with Geo from Mutual Of Omaha. Highly recommend him and his organization. 1- Great rate 2- Easy access and availability of the loan officer (Geo) for all misc questions. 3- Follow-up from Mutual when required with only the minimum paperwork required. Not just filling out forms to the sake of forms. 4- All on-line and closing in a timely manner
