Brent was incredibly friendly and great to speak with on the phone. We really enjoyed him as a person and he made himself very available to us whenever was needed. There were just a couple of things that we wish there was a little bit more communication on and a couple of errors or things that slipped through the cracks that we wish would have been handled a little better.
