Jay and his team were amazing with communication and explaining the whole process from start to finish. From day one Jay made time for me during off-business hours and squeezed me into their busy schedule. They all went above and beyond the call of duty and answered my calls day or night, weekends and holidays! 99% of my communication throughout the whole process was after 8:00pm and often on weekends.
